NORTHERN TRUST EXPANDS ST HELENS PORTFOLIO WITH ACQUISITION OF RAVENHEAD INDUSTRIAL ESTATE

Northern Trust Company Ltd is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ravenhead Industrial Estate in St Helens, a modern multi-let industrial estate located off Ravenhead Road. The estate, which totals 50,585 sq ft, is comprised of six individual warehouse units ranging in size from 6,789 sq ft up to 18,451 sq ft. The site was purchased for £5.6 million from Hallmark Developments (North West) Limited.
This latest acquisition complements Northern Trust’s existing ownership in St Helens, which already includes Gerards Park, Jackson Street Industrial Estate, and Baxters Lane Industrial Estate. Following the acquisition of Ravenhead Industrial Estate, Northern Trust’s total holding in St Helens now extends to 149,784 sq ft across 88 units spread over four estates, collectively supporting over 460 jobs in the local area.
The estate will be actively managed by Northern Trust’s in-house management team, ensuring a proactive and responsive approach to estate management, occupier support, and property maintenance.
