Northern Trust Company Ltd was established in 1962 and is now one of the UK’s largest and most successful privately owned property investment, development and land & regeneration companies.

Our existing property portfolio is extensive, with in excess of eight million sq ft of industrial/trade and office parks, and more than 5,000 acres of land, throughout the UK. Much of the portfolio has been acquired over recent years and Northern Trust continues to expand through new investment, development and land & regeneration opportunities.

A large proportion of the portfolio was originally acquired from the Regional Development Agencies. New development partnerships have subsequently been entered into with various public bodies, to provide employment premises, and the Company also has a long history of promoting land through the planning process.

Northern Trust has extensive experience of working with both the public and private sectors and has funds available for new investment, development and land & regeneration initiatives.
