Our existing property portfolio is extensive, with in excess of eight million sq ft of industrial/trade and office parks, and more than 5,000 acres of land, throughout the UK. A large proportion of the portfolio was originally acquired from the Regional Development Agencies. New development partnerships have subsequently been entered into with various public bodies, to provide employment premises, and the Company also has a long history of promoting land through the planning process.
