NEW KOFE BAR OPENS AT JEWELLERY BUSINESS CENTRE, BIRMINGHAM

Northern Trust Company Ltd are pleased to announce The Kofe Bar has officially opened at their Jewellery Business Centre in Birmingham.
The Kofe Bar is a coffee bar with a difference, offering flavours from the Baltic Regions and North India. Home cooked food served daily. If you’re looking for a delicious quick bite to eat, their menu includes flavours from Latvia, Lithuania, and the Punjab. The Kofe Bar have moved into the ground floor unit, which forms part of the popular Jewellery Business Centre. The unit had been refurbished offering a generous floor area with large kitchen making it an ideal café / coffee shop. Jewellery Business Centre is located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre’s Jewellery Quarter, with its historic but vibrant mix of businesses. Situated on the corner of Hockley Street and Spencer Street a short walk from the Jewellery Quarter train station The Kofe Bar will benefit from a good passing footfall.
Gardy Tiwana, Owner of The Kofe Bar commented “Our background has mainly been in Bars and restaurants in and around the Midlands, having re-opened four former pubs since 2010 to serve Indian Food. During Covid, I found peoples eating habits were changing so we decided to diversify into ‘Coffee’. The Kofe Bar is a new investment with my business partner Jed, and Santa and Arina are shareholders who will be running the business on a day to day basis. The unit was just what we were looking for and the location is great.”
Jewellery Business Centre is a period building split into two sections arranged around a central landscaped courtyard. Arranged over four floors, the building provides fully serviced office accommodation from 1 person (108 sq ft) upwards.
