NORTHERN TRUST WELCOMES THE BELONGING DOJO CIC TO BROOK HOUSE, TIPTON

Northern Trust Company Ltd is pleased to announce the letting of Suite 2 at Brook House, Tipton, to The Belonging Dojo CIC, a community-led organisation dedicated to helping people rebuild after trauma, burnout and workplace harm.
Founder and Director, Kerry Tidman, has taken the 106 sq ft office suite on a three-year lease agreement, marking an important milestone in the organisation’s continued growth and impact across the Black Country.
The Belonging Dojo CIC centres its work on belonging, identity and psychological safety — creating spaces where individuals can reconnect with who they are, heal from what they have experienced and feel safe to grow again. Through therapy, coaching and inclusive training programmes, the organisation supports both individuals and businesses to create cultures rooted in care, inclusion and genuine wellbeing.
The Belonging Dojo CIC secured its premises at Brook House in October 2025, funded independently by Founder and Director Kerry Tidman. In February 2026, the organisation was awarded £20,000 from The National Lottery Community Fund and £10,000 from the National Deaf Children’s Society. This funding will support the growth of the CIC’s work across the Black Country, enabling the delivery of low-cost and funded services for Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent individuals and families.

As a Deaf and disabled founder, I know how powerful it is to have a place where you truly belong. This space allows us to deepen our impact across the Black Country and continue building a more compassionate and inclusive business community.”
Brook House is a standalone two-storey office building comprising 36 individual office suites totalling 5,920 sq ft. The property offers a range of office accommodation from 105 sq ft up to 429 sq ft, suitable for one to three-person occupiers, with the ability to combine suites to create larger floor areas subject to availability. Occupiers benefit from communal kitchen facilities and meeting room provision.
The property forms part of the popular Brook Street Business Centre in Tipton, located approximately 10 miles north west of Birmingham.
