NORTHERN TRUST WELCOMES NATIONAL OPERATOR TO SNECKYEAT INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, WHITEHAVEN

Northern Trust Company Ltd is pleased to announce the letting of Units 11A–B at Sneckyeat Industrial Estate, Whitehaven, to Screwfix Direct Limited. The combined 4,472 sq ft accommodation has been secured on a 10-year lease, marking another significant letting on this rapidly growing estate.
Units 11A–B form part of Northern Trust’s recent new development at Sneckyeat.
