NORTHERN TRUST WELCOMES FIRST OCCUPIERS TO NEW UNITS AT SANDBROOK BUSINESS PARK, ROCHDALE

Northern Trust Company Ltd is welcoming the first businesses to its newly completed development at Sandbrook Business Park in Rochdale, with strong demand already resulting in three lettings and a number of the remaining units under offer.
The first occupier to move into the new development is BICS (NW) Ltd, which has taken Unit 16D. The company provides professional HV/LV electrical and engineering services across the North West, including electrical installation, maintenance and repairs, planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and commercial and industrial electrical services.
The company, which currently employs seven people, had been searching for suitable premises in the local area before registering its interest in the new development at an early stage.

Sandbrook Business Park has established itself as a successful business location in Rochdale, with the latest development further strengthening the estate’s offering.
