Having traded successfully from their previous premises for many years, the company was required to relocate after being given only three months’ notice to vacate following the sale of the property. Northern Trust worked closely with Eccleston Bed Centre Limited to help facilitate a swift move into the Kings Court development, ensuring continuity for the longstanding local business.
The new showroom at Kings Court has been fully transformed by Eccleston Bed Centre to create a modern retail environment showcasing its extensive product range and providing customers with an improved shopping experience in a highly accessible location.
Ideally positioned on King Street, the main arterial route on the periphery of Leyland town centre, Kings Court benefits from strong passing traffic levels and excellent accessibility, making it particularly well suited for showroom, trade counter, and customer-facing occupiers.
