Northern Trust Company Ltd is pleased to announce that GSF Car Parts has expanded within its UK portfolio, securing two additional units to support the company’s continued growth.
GSF Car Parts, the UK’s fastest-growing motor factor has taken a 3,516 sq ft unit at Leigh Business Park in Greater Manchester, and a 4,731 sq ft newly refurbished unit at Coopies Field, Coopies Lane Industrial Estate in Morpeth, Northumberland. These new sites build on GSF’s existing presence at Northern Trust’s estates in Bridlington (Bessingby Industrial Estate) and Chorley (Common Bank Industrial Estate).
Leigh Business Park extends to 38,633 sq ft across 11 units and offers modern industrial accommodation with excellent connectivity to the M6, M61, M62, and M60 motorways. Coopies Field totals 51,468 sq ft across 21 units and is located just one mile from Morpeth town centre and within walking distance of the railway station, providing direct services to London. Unit 5a at Coopies Field, now occupied by GSF, was the last available unit in Block 5 following a comprehensive refurbishment programme.
