NORTHERN TRUST LAND ACQUIRES 130-ACRE STRATEGIC RESIDENTIAL SITE IN NUNEATON

Northern Trust Land Ltd is pleased to announce the acquisition of Bretts Hall Farm, Ansley Common, Nuneaton, a strategically located landholding extending to 130.01 acres, with the potential to deliver over 300 new homes across the site, subject to the ongoing planning and master planning process.
Part of the site falls within Allocation H10 for residential development in the North Warwickshire Local Plan, with the landholding situated across both the North Warwickshire and Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council administrative areas.
The acquisition further strengthens Northern Trust Land’s growing portfolio of strategic residential development sites across the UK and reflects the company’s continued commitment to bringing forward sustainable developments in key growth locations.
