NORTHERN TRUST COMPLETES £450,000 INVESTMENT PROGRAMME AT SUTTON FIELDS INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, HULL

Northern Trust Company Ltd has completed a significant £450,000 investment programme at Sutton Fields Industrial Estate, Hull, further enhancing the quality and appeal of the established industrial scheme.
The comprehensive refurbishment works have been undertaken across the estate’s 30,098 sq ft of industrial accommodation and form part of Northern Trust’s ongoing commitment to investing in and improving its property portfolio.
The investment programme included:
- New roller shutter doors
- New pedestrian access doors
- New windows
- New external cladding
- New fencing and access gates
- New estate signage
The completed works have transformed the appearance of the estate, significantly improving security, accessibility and the overall occupier environment, while ensuring the units remain fit for modern business requirements.

Sutton Fields Industrial Estate occupies a prominent position at the junction of Gothenburg Way and Stockholm Road, within a well-established industrial and distribution area approximately two miles from Hull City Centre.
