NORTHERN TRUST APPOINTS ANDREW DIXON & CO AS JOINT AGENTS ON CENTRIX AT KEYS, CANNOCK

Northern Trust is pleased to announce that it has appointed Andrew Dixon & Co at their office development in Cannock.
Northern Trust acquired the 36,558 sq ft Keys Business Village in Cannock, last April. Keys Business Village is a high quality multi-let office and industrial scheme, situated in Hednesford, 1.2 miles to the north of Cannock.
Centrix @ Keys Business Village is a modern office building providing a total of 19,459 sq ft over three storeys divided into two wings. The offices are connected by a central core incorporating reception and meeting room space.
Currently the building comprises subdivided suites from 118 sq ft to 1,101 sq ft. If required; the suites could be combined to create larger, more open plan accommodation.
Andrew Dixon & Co will work alongside Whittle Jones who are Northern Trust’s in house asset management company.
