NORTHERN TRUST ANNOUNCES LETTING OF UNIT 9, ELIBURN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, LIVINGSTON TO FOOD CHAIN INTERNATIONAL LTD

Northern Trust Company Ltd is pleased to announce the letting of Unit 9 at Eliburn Industrial Estate, Livingston to Food Chain International Limited, a food importer specialising in Asian grocery products. The deal was completed on a 3-year lease agreement.
Food Chain International is dedicated to bringing authentic Asian flavours to the UK market and is currently based in Bathgate. The company is now in the process of relocating to Eliburn Industrial Estate to support its continued growth. Fit out works are currently underway at Unit 9, with completion expected in the coming months. Once the new premises are ready, customers will be welcome to visit.

The original scheme offered 16 units ranging from 1,150 to 1,178 sq ft with the development of a further 13 units, adding 26,753 sq ft of space to the estate. The new units range from 1,091 to 3,322 sq ft and benefit from high-specification features such as LED lighting, dedicated parking, and generous circulation space.
Situated within Eliburn Park at Appleton Parkway, close to Junctions 3 and 3A of the M8 motorway, the estate offers excellent transport links to Edinburgh (16 miles east) and Glasgow (34 miles west), with Edinburgh Airport just 12 miles away. Eliburn Industrial Estate is currently home to 12 businesses, supporting around 100 jobs, with units available to let from 1,092 to 3,322 sq ft.
