The Village Garden, a new and exciting development of traditional homes, is proving very popular. With six houses now sold and occupied, and a further 6 reserved which are still under construction, home buyers really love the quality of their new homes.

The new development which will see the creation of 66 homes on the site at Quarry Road is a joint venture scheme between Northern Trust and local house builder Fellows Homes. The Village Garden is proving to be a huge success, with only a small range of 3 bedroom semi detached and detached homes and a single 2 bed starter home remaining available on phase 1. With its ideal pleasant location, the development has proved so popular that Fellows Homes are now taking early bird reservations for future phases.
