ALL PLOTS SOLD AT PRESTIGIOUS PRIVATE SELF-BUILD ESTATE

Northern Trust’s plans to provide a highly desirable and private self-build estate in Farington, Leyland, have proven a huge success with all 11 plots now sold.
The prestigious estate, “Farington Lodge Gardens”, is set within 2 acres of Greenfield land overlooking Farington Park. It includes a variety of self-build plots which will benefit from a gated entrance accessed via a private road off Stanifield Lane.
The infrastructure works are now complete, with construction of the majority of houses now underway.
A spokesperson for Northern Trust commented “We are pleased to announce that all of the plots for the prestigious private estate have now been sold and work on the estate is advancing. There has been considerable interest shown in the scheme and we are delighted that our plan to add prosperity to the Farington area is coming to fruition.”
