Principally undertaking industrial and office property development on a speculative basis in both primary and secondary locations; date over 1.5 million sq ft has been developed or is under construction in a variety of schemes. Extensive experience has been gained in securing grant funding for schemes and working with the public sector in delivering accommodation to satisfy business requirements.
