LOCATION
The site is prominently located on South Kirkby Business Park in Yorkshire, approximately half a mile north of South Kirby and three quarters of a mile south of Hemsworth. The A1M is 4 miles to the east of the site providing excellent transport links to the wider region.
DESCRIPTION
The new development which is being part funded by the European Regional Development Fund will provide 26 units totalling 34,132 sq ft. Unit sizes will range from 538 sq ft up to 3,315 sq ft, and will be arranged in 3 separate terraced blocks.
The units over 2,200 sq ft will include an integral office, and each unit will benefit from dedicated parking and good communal circulation space.
