Today, Northern Trust has a portfolio of over 9 million sq ft of industrial, trade counter and office accommodation, together with more than 5,000 acres of land throughout the UK.

The company operates across the UK, with Regional Teams based in the North West, North East, Yorkshire, Midlands and Scotland, providing local expertise and a hands-on approach to managing its property portfolio and development activities.

Northern Trust has extensive experience across the property sector, having developed almost 4 million sq ft of commercial space across 50 locations, while its strategic land team has secured planning for approximately 4,500 new homes over the last two years. Approximately 1,500 acres are currently being promoted through the planning process for mixed-use development.

The company takes a long-term approach to property investment, development and strategic land, supported by substantial financial resources and an experienced in-house team.
