44.23 acre brownfield former holiday centre located on the egde of the Berry Head area of outstanding natural beauty in Brixham.
This site featured a number of sensitive issues including the mitigation of the impact of the AONB and ecological issues around protected species.
A planning application for 165 units with 15% affordable provision was approved in June 2015. The scheme included:
Northern Trust gained planning consent on behalf a private landowner, and project managed the development of the site, and sale of the newly constructed touring caravan park and clubhouse facility. The housing element of the site was sold to a developer.
