Northern Trust (www.northerntrust.co.uk) is pleased to confirm that they have sold a 7.26 acre site in Inskip to Create Homes.
The site is split into two parcels of land to the North and South of Preston Road and the proposed scheme has reserved matters approval for the development of up to 55 dwellings in a mixture of styles, including a proportion of affordable homes.
Located in the sought after Lancashire Village of Inskip, which provides a rural setting with easy access to the city of Preston, the approved plan shows 38 houses and a village store to the North site and 17 houses in the southern parcel of land.
Stephen Glenn, land Executive at Northern Trust commented “We are delighted to have secured planning consent for this site, and completed the sale of the site to Create Homes. It is anticipated that development work will commence in February 2018, and we look forward to seeing the new housing scheme come to fruition.”
