LOCATION

The site is situated off St Luke’s Way in the small village of Stoke Bardolph, a civil parish in the Gedling district of Nottinghamshire. Stoke Bardolph is situated 6 miles east of Nottingham where an abundance of retail outlets, shops and other local amenities can be found. 

DESCRIPTION

A 9 acre farm complex site close to village centre in poor condition surrounded by open pasture. Existing house to be retained but farm buildings to be demolished

CURRENT STATUS

Promotion on behalf of landowner.

Proposal for re-development of footprint of agricultural buildings and extensive hard standing for 18 dwellings has been through public consultation and well received. Currently working on a package of community benefits.

Northern Trust are managing the sites promotion through the planning system prior to disposal.
