13.5 acres with reserved matters consent secured for 58 residential dwellings in February 2016. Site sold to Amber Residential Properties Ltd in March 2016. The site forms part of a joint venture with Midlands Land Portfolio Ltd, for the planning promotion of a portfolio covering over 300 acres.
The site is located off Newtown Road to the east of Worcester City Centre. The site is accessed off an access track also serving an existing Severn Trent Water pumping station.
This site was promoted through the emerging South Worcestershire Development Plan (SWDP) alongside the preparation and submission of a planning application. The SWDP identified the site for allocation for residential and on the back of this work a planning application was pursued. Following extensive discussions with the local planning authority planning permission was secured in September 2014.
