Outline planning permission was granted in March 2017 for up to 12 self-build houses and garages capped to an overall volume of 11,640 m3. Demolition of the existing buildings has been completed, along with services and strategic planting.
Detailed planning permission has been granted for plots 1-4, 8 and 10. Plots 1, 3, 4, 8, and 10 have been sold and plots 7,11 and 12 are under offer.
Work has commenced on plots 3,4,8 and 10 with work due to start imminently on plots 1.
