APPROACH
- A planning application was submitted for 6 substantial houses refused by Preston, subsequently appealed and dismissed and eventually approved via legal challenge process.
- The site was sold to Arley Homes subject to detailed application for 13 units. Application refused and subsequently approved via written appeal.
STATUS
- Site sold to Arley Homes with development ongoing.
