APPROACH

• Northern Trust actively marketed the site to a number of interested parties for various uses.
• Northern Trust worked closely with the land owner to achieve a higher site value through the planning process.

STATUS

• Permission was granted for an 8,000 sq ft pub with 58 parking spaces.
• Sale of the site was completed to Martston Estates. The Fieldfare pub was constructed in the Summer of 2010.

FURTHER SITES WANTED
