HISTORY
- Former workers cottages linked to Farington Lodge Hotel.
- Cottages were disused and derelict, unoccupied for a number of years and incapable of economic repair.
APPROACH
- A planning application was submitted for 13 houses, designed to compliment in style and scale Farington Lodge Hotel.
- A new access to the rear of the properties, together with courtyard parking was also required. Planning permission was approved.
STATUS
- The site was sold to Persimmon Homes and the development was successfully completed in 2007.
FURTHER SITES WANTED
