HISTORY

• The site located in Portelet, Jersey was a former Hotel, which was in disrepair.
• Successful planning was obtained for regeneration of the site. 

APPROACH

• Northern Trust entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Bridgemere for the site to be developed out with 52 units covering 96,000 sq ft.

STATUS

• Construction of luxury apartments/houses has commenced, with a show home open and sales underway.
• Development of the site is still on-going.
