HISTORY
• A 22 acre former Holiday Centre.
• The site is located within the Primary Tourist Zone for Hemsby however physical and economic contraints have led to the site ceasing operation in January 2009.
APPROACH
• Acting as agent's on behalf of the landowner Northern Trust have reviewed operations on the site and are in the process of formalizing the existing planning use.
STATUS
• The site is being promoted through the Local Development Framework and consultation is about to commence with the Local Authority and existing community to identify the best use of the site.
