Land & Regeneration

Northern Trust has a long history of working up planning permissions and maximising returns. This area grew following a 3,000 acreage acquisition in 1992. With further acquisitions being made a dedicated division was established to procure new land regeneration opportunities and promote large land holdings.

With a land holding of over 1,800 acres, with a further c 3,000 acres actively managed, the Land & Regeneration department’s role is to promote and develop land opportunities through the planning system including:

Over 400 acres of land are currently being promoted through the planning process for mixed use regeneration.

Operating throughout England, Scotland and Wales, the team along with landowners, developers, local authorities, communities and other key stakeholders promote and deliver large scale development projects.
