OVERVIEW
Northern Trust’s development team successfully project managed the £1.35 million refurbishment of this prime 20,000 sq ft 6 storey office building within 100 yards of Trafalgar Square in London.
APPROACH
The Project which was carried out whilst large areas of the building were occupied. The works included creating a new entrance/reception area, refurbishment of the common parts and WC’s, replacement of the lifts, refurbishment of two vacant floors and the installation of air conditioning throughout.
