The largest Northern Trust asset in the North West South region is the East Tame Business Park in Hyde, which is currently being refurbished by Northern Trust to provide c 290,000 sq ft of industrial/warehouse accommodation.
Units range in size from c 4,400 to 125,000 sq ft on a secure site with easy access to the M60 orbital.
The East Tame Business Park has been created by Northern Trust following a corporate acquisition of a former wallpaper factory in 2003.
