The estate has grown from the early 1960's although the majority of the properties were constructed in the mid 1980's. There are 45 units.
The estate has recently installed security fencing and gates to selected blocks along with partial CCTV coverage.
Maryport is situated on the A596 on the Cumbrian coast, approx 6 miles north of Workington. The industrial estate itself is situated on the right hand side of the A596 as you enter Maryport.
